My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although spacious and well-appointed, were unfortunately facing a construction site, which was a big mistake. The service was exceptional, especially Terry at the bell desk who went above and beyond to help us. The location was convenient, close to various attractions and public transport. The dining experience offered a good variety but could have been better. Overall, a decent stay with some notable drawbacks.
